Jess and a Neil continue to guide me through my fertility journey, I truly believe they have given me strength to continue throughout this difficult journey! You are never treated as a number and they really want to see you get your miracle you can tell they really care!
Jess has even contacted me when she’s not working to see how I am and no appointment or conversation has ever felt rushed! Myself and partner have had to make some really difficult decisions on our journey and I feel we have both been given strength to carry on from their advice and support!
I would recommended Jess and a Neil and women’s health hub to everyone! They are a wealth of knowledge the appointments are reasonable and I have never left confused or in doubt their advice and expertise shine through with every contact!
Everyone who works there cares and greets you with kindness which is always well received as you are often feeling vulnerable and emotional when you attend I am yet to leave feeling the same way due to their care and compassion!
Neil was so professional and kind following a pregnancy loss and subsequent ongoing support in conceiving. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest but reassuring. He will always hold a special place in our hearts on the journey to bringing our Son into the world.
We saw Jess and Neil after a year TTC with no luck. We knew my partner had a hormonal imbalance that was affecting his fertility as he was already seeing an endocrinologist who had proscribed him drugs to try to help us conceive.
Using Jess’s knowledge and passion + Neil’s decades of industry knowledge and expertise. They managed to find the correct cocktail of medication that eventually allowed us to conceive our beautiful son.
They couldn’t do enough to help. They were kind, knowledgeable and empathetic to our situation. We owe them so much and will forever be grateful! We even found out since that Neil was responsible for prescribing my parents the drugs that allowed them to conceive me AND he delivered me. Which just goes to show how he is the islands most experienced and knowledgeable gynaecologist.

Neil & Jess have been my saving grace during fertility treatment. From having experiences elsewhere to now being under the care of Jess and Neil it’s been a breath of fresh air.
I’ve felt well informed throughout and communication has been fantastic which is what you need during time critical fertility treatment. From the very first appointment I had with Jess and Neil to being able to take in my newborn son to meet them, I can honestly say I have never met two people more devoted to their jobs and patients.
Every step of the way, through tough times and the final joy of falling pregnant, I felt incredibly supported and listened to. Fertility struggles overtook our life for a period but having the support and knowledge of Jess and Neil to guide us made the whole experience so much easier.
